Sir, I have filed for a divorce after 1 year of staying separately from my wife. I want to file for a divorce. My wife left the house after 6 months of our marriage. She left home as per her will. Now, she wants to come back when I filed a case against her after 1 year. If I prove she was staying separately since a year she left my home Then can the judge grant a divorce based on the fact that she has not been staying in my house or staying separately for a year

on ground of cruelty court can grant divorce and for desertion 2 years seperation is req. and divorce on mutual consent one year is sufficient
