Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i am hindu.i am charged agianst 498 &494;. the 1st class court granteda maintenace of rs 4000 per month.which is icontinued for last 8month....police filed FR against the case,that it is totaly false against 498.her father make two paper that he get back her daughter and they aredivorced,by (write and sign)himself. i married for 2nd time........now shall i convict against 494......plz ans sir.....
