Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, my husband have applied for divorce on me because we came to knew that he had a love affair. But we asked the government counselors to call that lady affair girl to give her statement. She also told that my husband only was tourchering for 2nd marriage. She told that he only cals her for outside and we both went here and there while her wife was went to hometown. Can this statement be a proof for me to cancel his divorce file in court. Can this be a great evidence for me. Can i apply for conjugal rights on him? pls reply sir
