sir my husband driven fr home i 2012 april. i filed dvc against my n laws in 2013 that case is going onn . recently my husband filed divorce agnist me. will that divorce effect on my dvc benefits. like maintenance, compensation etc.how to proceed further. till now i haven't kept any criminal case on him . now can i execute criminal sections .please tell me any sections .please help me out.now i was in great trouble please help me .

Dear client though yr husband file divorce then also it will not affect on cases file by u. These r different cases. U can file criminal case of monthly maintenance under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. For detail discussion call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
