Hi Sir, I am Mahesh from Kurnool,India.I got the marriage on 2012, and she stay one year and she went for maternal home for delevery. she did't came back still now. I put a file conjugal rights on may 2014. she put a file 498a on august 2014, and she compramize to put a seperate family now my wife and my aunty cheated me and she said to go our native palce we will see the court.so please help me and save a one life....Tell me sir what can i do now...

If she has violated the compromise, you should straight away file a divorce petition. There is no use of saving such marriage.
