Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Sir, my wife is seperated from me since last 5 months and starts to live with her parents. we have not any baby. now she demands monthly expenses from me. my salary is just 20,000 pkr in which i have to support my family also. is there any law that i am bound to give her monthly expenses, if yes then to what extent i have to pay.

It's the duty of a husband to maintain his wife and children. But if the wife is stubborn or disobedient then husband can't be forced to maintain her. Extent vary from case to case.
