Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,I got married last year 15th sept 2014, and now my husband dont want to live with me, reason is he is into a relationship with some other lady, and he left me at my home without allowing me to take my things from his home. Its being 3 months

now im staying at my home and i didnt receive any divorce notice from him. I had

to get back my things and ornaments which is at his home

and in a joint locker. He want me to sign in a mutual

divorce n get my things back from his home so that he can

escape from giving compensation,but i need a

compensation for spoiling my life. What i must do next.

Now we both lives in different states. We got married at kerala and currently im at kerala. He is settled at mumbai.

dear client u have to file complaint under domestic violence act to get back yr articles in court. if he filed divorce then u can deny for divorce in court. for any legal help call me
