Hello ..sir/mam Is it possible to file case against marital rape ,saxual harresmrent andand mentaly & physicaly harresment in court.i cant complaint in directly police becoze when i filled complaint against my in - laws .my parents went against me and they didn't allow took me back at my home and police thereatned my to send me nari niketan thats y i took my report back ...thats y i want to know can i file case against sexually ,mentaly nd physicaly harresment against my husband in court....nd i belong to delhi nd i need a lawyer how can take my case my case so rfe me lawyer who is in delhi....plz help me....

Dear client u have to file complaint with police for this. If police will not take any cognizance then u can file private complaint in court. If yr parents r not ready then u can live separately and can fight yr battle. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

Yes you can file a case under the Domestic violence Act. You can approach the Protection Officer depending on where you live or you can fight your case in Court yourself. There are quite a few NGOs in Delhi who could help you. Pls google for NGOs working on women's rights.
