Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My sister got divorced as her husband has contracted 2nd marriage. Please tell me if she marries a namehrem (strangers) is there anyway she could keep her daughter. The father has two new wives now and he never took care of the child.

yes she can keep the daughter even after getting married second time. She just have to prove that the welfare of the daughter lies with her and not with her ex-husband.
