Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are four sisters and my father is retired from sail .during his service time he was providing good education to my three cousion brothers also in which two of them was with us from their childhood because we are joint family and my one uncle was engaged in farming land in our village, my family was not financially strong thats why there was no land to cultivate. but during my father service he he brought good area of land with help of my third uncle who who was also in service,now my third uncle is no more and my second uncle's childrens are also in their service.

now my father has left a little amount after his retirement ,and my second uncle is not ready to give any thing to my father.

pls suggest what we should do???

appropriate civil suit can be filed in this regard. you need to see a lawyer and let him peruse the documents so the case in your favour can be drafted and filed in the appropriate court of law.
