Legal Question in Family Law in India
My sisters got married three years ago , and she tells us now that her husband is impotent and has till date not touched her even once and moreover she has also suffered domestic violence and abuse ...and now when she has come home and has filed for divorce he threatens her that he will never let this divorce happen and will ruin her life.
Will my sister get divorce????

Dear client if court order for medical test of her husband and in that if it found that he is important then she will get divorce
