I am staying Bangalore and I want to back my parents house and then I want to do case for my husband for domestic violence. But I do not know what is the procedure for divorce and maintenance for my son. plzz guide me step by step. I am hopeless now.

Dear client first file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask compensation. Then file maintenance case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. These cases u can file from yr parents place. Then file divorce on the cruelty ground. U have to file divorce where u got married or where u last reside with husband.
