Legal Question in Family Law in India

My step mother and her children demanding expense. However, My stepmother's son or my one step brother is adult. In this condition, my stepmother has any legal right to claim on a step son.

My father had no any kind of property . My father has died before 16 years. Now my step mother wants to claim on me and my property. Is any legal right to her to do so.
