Legal Question in Family Law in India

(URGENT)

Hello,

I'm a 19yo girl residing with my mother for all my life. she has always been verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive. Using very dirty and shameful language since a very young age to me over the smallest of things. And always been crying over every penny she put on me. Including her side of the family being very restrictive and not letting me to do anything. Barely allowing to attend school & college . Always been threatening me about if you get into a relationship or try anything, it will end up bad for you. so much so as death threats

In the recent past, I as a legal adult am in a relationship with a person out of my own will and she found out a couple days back about us. Now she's abused me a whole lot and keeps threatening about doing something. Forcing to even meet the said partner's family and causing a scene . and threatening with getting me married off. I dont wanna.

In the past couple days (2-3days to be precise), I've heard her talkin to her family and friends over in a very ill manner and talking about stopping my education and getting me married off. I feel threatened and unsafe as they have in the past even taken away my phone and ways to contact anyone or report them. I dont have long until it happens again.

In the meantime, I'd like to know how can I get a restraining order against em so they dont interfere with me when i move out. Please bear in mind, I can't go out and file a police complain or even visit a court because if they find out , when the police comes to warn or anything, They'll lock me down and cut off from the world.

I'm very honestly, scared for my safety and future possible harms. I can't afford a lawyer either. How do I go about this ?

It is advisable to talk to your parents and sort this matter with the intervention of elders of the family. Moreover, you are 19 years old and an adult so if parents cannot interfere in your life, they can also refuse to maintain you. You need to decide things considering everything.
