Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello.

My Name is Vishnu and I am 21. My Father left us 13 Years ago on arguments of a property that was purchased and build a house after the marriage . My Father's mother wanted it for them even they had lot of properties. The very next week he left the house , he got remarried a relative of his own.

We didn't knew that . As he is an entrepreneur who owns some Stores in Saudi Arabia , he left the town within a week with his newly wedded wife.

We never knew this and was eagerly trying to call him and contact him but the very next hour we call him, he changes his number.

As my father is bit well known and has power in politics, we were afraid to go to police or court. and Also We had to live each day. He never paid us. My mom was the one who was working and looking after us 3 Children. Now I am working as she is not well. A few years back we came to know the truth that he had remarried. He is living a luxurious life. Now We have filed a case against him,

I need to know if

1. there is possibility of getting maintenance from him for my Sister , brother, mother if possible, me too?

2. He is also stating some fake allegations against my mom, but we have proofs that all of it was wrong. Is there any problem regarding that in court?

3. He have lots of properties , but not sure if it's in his name or his new wife's. Is it possible to attach those properties ?

4. For Getting a maintenance amount how much can I ask for each month? ( I am pretty sure he have 2.5L every month income.)

Thanks for your Support
