what about maintenance as I have daughter of 7months

dear client if u show in court that yr wife and her family is of cruel nature and it is not good for daughter to live with them then u will get custody of daughter and will not need to pay maintenance. for any legal help call me

u may file divorce and for the custody of the minor u have to file petition for guardianship
