my wife has filed a maintenance case for our child & herself recently . if she is working will i still have to pay them money also what is domestic violence case and what will happen under it ?

dear client if she is working and u prove it in court then uu have not to pay her maintenance but u have to pay maintenance for yr child. if she file domestic violence then she can ask compensation for mental harassment. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
