Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My wife, after 1-2 months of birth of my daughter, went to her parents house without notifying and without saying anything (any problem if she had) me while I was abroad for education. Right after I contacted her to say go back to house with my daughter she said again and again that why she should go? She asked for money and I said when you will go to home she will have money. After then I tried to contacted to her but failed and her father replied to me "Nowadays Its to expensive to have a phone so I tool phones from all of my kids". I came back after 4 months of birth of my daughter and I tried to contact in-laws and they did not allow me to talk to my wife and her father said to me "send your parents" I replied you must talk to me if you have some complain to me but he did not give phone to my wife. I came back to abroad. After then my younger brother went to take my wife and daughter and he was refused. After then my parents went 3 times to her parents house. Not only the refused but bitten and humiliated. What should I do now while I am still abroad and my daughter is of 3 years now?

Dear, you can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights against your wife. you can also file a suit for custody or visitation of you daughter.

1. File a suit for Restitution of Conjugal rights, and

2. Suit for Custody of your daughter (u/s 25 read with 16 of Guardian and Ward Act, 1890)
