Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, My wife is pregnant but her mother took away my wife without my permission. I am worried about my child, want to take care of him. While going my mother in law threatened for dowry case as well as domestic violence. (But nothing happened like that). Few misunderstanding happened but that were taken to extreme level by my wife (which were all intentionally done). Please help!!!

1) Discuss in the presence of family elders and experienced outside

senior citizens and record for future evidence.

2) Preserve all evidences both documentary and record all oral including

Email, SMS, Whatsapp, facebook internet chats etc. Always invite

the spouse politely and respond positively with affection to the other side.
