Legal Question in Family Law in India

My ex wife has taken one sided divorce without my prior knowledge. Now file petition in family Court for stridhan after 5 years of divorce.She has taken all her belongings prior.

First of all, a divorce without a notice being effected to you is not possible in general. Therefore, it has to be ascertained as to how the divorce was given. Secondly, I don't see any logic in filing for stridhan now. She will not get it probably. Need further detail to guide you.
