Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife voluntarily left the matrimonial home 6 years before.She did not return back.Now She has filed divorce petition under sections 13 1(ia) and (ib) and i filed the objection and denied all her allegations.Evidence stage did not happened.Now both are agreed for compromise.So we are going for mediation for settlement.
1,Now which ground the court will give degree if settlement happen in mediation?
2,what procedure i have to follow?.

When settlement takes place ground becomes immaterial. Whatever be the compromise it will be binding on court and both of you.
