can a woman give divorce to her husband just like a husband can give divorce to his wife by saying 3 divorce words?

well iam afraid its not possible in Islam/shariat ,well you can claim khulla
Husband giving three divorces is counted as one under our law and even after that if notice is not given to arbitration council and husband & wife reconciles then its not talak. I have also seen people living together even after verbal divorces. However point is that you have to fulfill the legal procedure in order to get talak in Pakistan which men and women both are oblidged to get.
Women can get divorce either through khulla or under the grounds mentioned in the dessolution of marriages act, 1939. For more you can consult me at [email protected]
