Legal Question in Family Law in India

A woman was married to M in June 1988. She got divorced in November 1990. after divorce married to a man X on 12th March 1991 and gave a birth to a son 24th August 1991. Can it be lawfully claimed that the son in a legitimate son of X? Discuss
