Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a women is badly treated by his husband and her husband is not ready to accept his child also he is not in touch with her for a long time so i decided to marry with her on moral ground because i am unmarried so i would like to know that is it wrong ,in my view it a very good step to give support to anybody ,please share your views .
