Legal Question in Family Law in India
WRT Domestic Violence Act,the Boys family resides in Agra ( Boy in USA ), the Girl resided in Noida before marriage and moved with the Boy to USA after marriage, but came back to Noida within One Year of going to USA, because of matrimonial problems. The Boy and his family have virtually deserted her by not maintaing any contacts from their side, nor his parents ever tried to meet her after her return to Noida, thus Mental Torture continues.WRT this question, what is the methodology to get the boy back to India permanently. He is working as S/Ware Engineer in USA and presently trying to get H1 Visa.

The girl needs to file appropriate legal proceedings in India.
Dear client girl can file cases like dowry harassment with police under sec 498 a against boy. She can also file case of domestic violence against him. Court will send summons on his address. If he will not come after summons then court will issue warrant against him. So he have to come back. for any help call me on 9422611385

you have right to claim maintenance, alimony, divorce but you can not get his visa cancelled and make him come back permanently.
