Legal Question in Family Law in India

Two years ago husband filed divorce case which the wife is contesting & now he has filed for RCR. But he is not appearing before the court for the hearing of RCR.

1.Can such thing is admissible during RCR hearing or it is compulsory to appear?

2.If he does not appear then will the court grant RCR to us?
