My younger sister husband always beat my sister very badly. They have 2 children, my sister doesn't want to go for divorce. What legal help can she get to stop her husband beatings. Kindly help

as suggested above, restraint orders can be sought by filing a complaint under domestic violence act. she may also contact the protection officer of her area.
