Hi,

I am software employee.One of my relatives asked about job then I told a way that there is a institute who taking money and giving job.the guy contacted institute and paid the money 1lack 20k without intimating me and without proof.after somedays due to loss the institute was closed.the institute founder returned 40k money to that guy but that guy filed case on me under ips 420case to give the remaining money.so please tell me the suggestions
