Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Rented a two bedroom apartment for 11 months which has expired on November 2015 for the last 5 months tenant has not paid any rent nor he is picking up the phone went meet him in person he is avoiding me . Notice given to his family in his absence to vacate property. What next course of action should I adopt
