Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hello Sir, Couple of years back, I provided my personnel cheque to someone against money settlement. But later I settled money by cash and forgot to collect the cheque. Now that person is asking for more money in the form of interest (which is not discussed initially). Is the cheque provided by me two years back will play role, if he want to trouble me ? Kindly advice.

No, that cheqe is barred under limitation act. Just ignore him.
