i had given a sum of rs. 3 lac to someone but now he is not returning to me i have blank chaque of him with sign what can i do legally

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today is Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti !!

You should encash the cheque and if it is returned back unpaid, you should lodge a complaint for cheque bouncing and recovery under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938.
