Legal Question in Immigration Law in

I'm Iranian and intend to apply for E-2 visa.I know we Iranians are eligible.my question is,it has been rumored that Iranian E-2 holders, unlike other E-2 holders, cant travel out of the US,otherwise their visa will be expired immediately and should begin the process from start. We know E-2 holders can travel out of the US,but their time out of it must not exceed 6 month. Now,are Iranians treated differently in this matter,or it's not true.I live in Iran,my money about 260000 $,and have no legal problem, traveled to S.Korea,Finland,Austria,Turkey and back in time,in case it makes any difference.

You misunderstand the E-2 visa requirements. Some of the information that you describe doesn't apply to E-2 visa, but to permanent residency (green card). While some other facts have no basis in reality. The E-2 visa is a non-immigrant visa, it's not the same as a green card.

The general E-2 rules apply to every E-2 visa holder.
