Good evening,

I am arun, coming straight to the point,our house is in the name of my mother,she is aged and have a disease and in last stage.Now,she wants to transfer it to my name.

As I am layman in all these,I thought to ask you,please provide me the necessary steps to be followed

1) Is the property ancestral or self acquired?

2) Who are other family members claim the right in the property or her legal heirs.

3) In the absence of full facts, the opinion will not be proper.

4) U may consult a local property law experienced advocate immediately as ur mother is in the last stage.
