Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am leaving in my house since my birth (24 yrs old)My grandfather had bought the house in late 1970's.We have all house related documents and rent slip. Now our landlord is forcing us to leave the house. Can he legally evacuate us from our house ? I heard that after certain years rented house become the sole property of the tenant.

1) U r wrong. SC clearly ruled that tenant can never become owner. Otherwise all will become owners.
2) If u enter into any litigation, it may be delayed. U will be evicted after notice and given time.
