Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
A person occupied a shop room by means of rent and now neither paying rent nor vacating the same. Rather threatening criminal action against an innocence lady owner. Please advice what action can be taken.

1) Issue evacuation notice to vacate the room and file criminal complaint with Police against his threats.
2) Instead of waiting further, better late than never. Further delay may complicate the matters.
3) Consult experienced local lawyer of repute and move the matter.
