Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

"A" is sister of "B". They had inherited property. (There was one more brother who is not alive and one more sister who got her all property. Similarly the dead brothers property is also has been made in "B"'s name) Initially the name of "A" was there on 7/12 extracts but in the year 2004 "B" using his powers made hakkasod patra of "A" without informing her any details of the document and got it signed. "B" made 2 hakkasod patras one of leaving the rights of ancestrol property (Because their mother was alive) and another hakkasod patra of the property on which the name of "A" was there. And at that time "B" committed to give some cash and constructed property. But commitment failed. Now is there is one property where "A"'s name is still there on 7/12 extract. I would like to know whether we can fight for the same or not. If yes, on which grounds.......
