Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
There are two survey number through which a kacha road or passageway passing which was made by a village chairman 25 years ago with government public health grant with the permission and willingness of land owners and since its is under people use but its is not mentioned in patwari record now owners of land want to block this road even the owners of one survey number (khasra number ) still confessing that they permitted the land for road ...plz tell any legal solution
