Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
If a tenant file a fake a case against landord and there is no written contract between them and also nominated fake witnesses and applied fo stay order then what is the solution..?

Fake case of what? Whatever case is filed, you need to contest that. For obtaining advice, you need to provide complete details of the facts of the case.

In such cases we normally give a statement that we'll not dispossess the tenant illegally but we, the owner, has right to file ejectment petition before rent controller for the eviction of tenant.
