Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in

Hello , I love my first cousin (He is my mausi's Son) and he also extremly loves me and we did marriage in AARYA SAMAJ On 6Th July -2010. My mom is ready for this but My brother says that he will complain and never allow us for this , and boys perents are also not agree .Still I am at my mom's home and want to stay with my husband , Please give me advice . We both are very tens. What should we do to make our marriage Legal in law so that we can stay with each other without ant trubble ? Plz Plz give any positive Reply........
