Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

assalam o alaikum,sir i am very thankful for your guidance.sir again i am asking for help.he has only five daughters with no male child.he transferred his one house in my name and in my another sisters name about 8 years before as tamleeq.but only i am living in it from about many years with my husband and children near to my parents.now my father wants to transfer it only in my name as i am already living in it and supporting him also.i want to ask that is it possible for my father to cancel this tamleeq which is done by himself in past.
