Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi , One builder has taken illegal possession of my land. I'm not the one who is a victim of this, we are total 10 land owners who are facing this problem. We own this land for more than 15 years. The builder has built his fencing around the total land. He claims that he has purchased this land 1 year back from one agent. We want to save our land. What step we should follow to save our land ? Plz reply asap. We are really in trouble now.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will have to file a Police case for illegal trespassing followed by a writ petition against the builder in the Court.
