Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Lawerys,

I have an agricultural property at the outskirts of bangalore,the problem I am facing is I cannot enter directly to my property other people are making layouts in their property and selling it,thsrfore access to the property is blocked. Please help me with this on which department to approach.
