Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

dear sir,

I have booked a flat in Noida from a reputed builder. it is under construction and I have paid half of the money. The BBA( buyer builder agreement) is about to deliver to me. in this case I would like to keep some legal document from them so in future if things will go wrong I can take legal action on them to get back my money.

so please advice what are the documents I should ask the builder. I am not taking any home loan from any bank & I am paying in construction linked plan.

please advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You can email the draft of the BBA to me ... so that I can add terms and conditions therein so as to safeguard your interest in the property.
