Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my grandfather made will of his properety. my dad and my uncle dide. my dad has desposed of his share of property and uncles share is as it is. after uncles death his wife gifted the property to an organization as she dont have any issue. can i claim that property as it is anccstral? is that gift document leggal?

Dear Sir / Madam,
NO, since your deceased father has already disposed off his share in the property, you do not have any legal rights therein. YES, the Gift Deed pertaining to your uncle's share to an organization is valid.
