I have a hakku patra property, which was purchased by my mother after lease period through GPI notary, how can these property can be registered to me, kindly advice the process

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your mother will have to Gift the property to you and accordingly record and register the Gift with the Tehsildar / District Registrar in your name.
