Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I am a 62 year old retired woman. The house is in my name. I have 2 married daughters. I have a loving husband but he is a very emotional man and can be easily influences. I want to know that God forbid incase of my demise who will be the next heir of my property. Will it automatically go to my hubby or to my daughters. I have not made any WILL. My husband's brother is very cunning. M afraid if something happens to me he will start living with my husband and acquire the property. What needs to be done pls guide. I want that if something happens to me then it shud go to my hubby and post that to my daughters.

Make a will, mentioning a)that after your death the property will be in name of your husband and your daughters jointly. b) The property can be sold only by the daughters jointly after the death of your husband. c) Your husband cannot transfer his share to anybody else. d) after the death of your husband his share will automatically go to the daughters. e) all the income generated from the house if any, will go to your husband till he is alive, after his death, to the daughters.

Make will in favor of your daughters while in your husband life period he will enjoy all benefits of the property .
