Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have my own house in Delhi on rented and my tenants make their voter id on my address without asking to me. I seen online their voter id on my address and i want to know that may i am able to take a legal action?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) explicitly and specifically prohibits the Licensee to register and obtain a Voter ID Card for himself / herself and / or any of his / her family members, you should initiate appropriate action thereto.
