Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My house in Hyderabad is under my mum's name and would like to change to my name. I have 2 sisters as well, and they have no interest in this property. Pls detail me what do I need to do for the name change.

The second question, my parents have 2 plots in Vijayawada and Kakinada each and my parents are willing to change the name or register under my name. Pls detail me what do I need to the same.

Dear Sir,

You should get your mother to make a registered Gift Deed in your name for all the properties that they wish to transfer in your name.
