Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother Agricultural property in Mysore. My 2 brothers and myself are her heirs. mother's death, how do we transfer the property to my me and my brothers and what all the documents required for the same...please advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should check out the procedure for transfer of the land with the Tehsildar's Office and act accordingly.
