Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am from Mumbai and one of the three sisters, all married and staying with in-laws. My parents recently sold properties that belonged to their parents (my paternal and maternal grandparents) who are no longer alive. My parents are close to my other two sisters and have favored them all along. Do I have legal right to my share in the proceeds from the sale of these properties? while my parents are still alive? and after they are deceased. I don't think they will create a Will.

Dear Madam,

If the title of the property is in your parents name, they are free to deal with the property in the manner they best deem fit to. You cannot compel and force them to part with a share to you; it has to come of their own free Will.
